How will Nest Inn make money?
Currently, We are two partners running the show at Nest Inn and investing our own money in the startup, but as the business grows we will need more help and thus will need to hire people, need a bigger place and money to market our Brand. To make money we will do group buying and importing of hotel / motel supplies and supply the same to our members. We will even sell hotel/motel management software/Hardware and have commission on online room Reservations.
Will you charge 8%-12% Royalty fees like other Franchisee do?
NestInn will not charge any Royalty fees nor will it tell the hotel/motel owners how to run the business, We think that the owner must be incharge of his business. We will only teach our members / licencee to use our online reservation system and how to use novel online online marketing techniques effectively.
Is Nest Inn a Franchise or Licensing concept in business?
We are not a Franchise, We will license our Brand to our members but will not tell them how to run their day to day business like other franchise do, nor will we ask them to mandatory upgrade their properties. The only thing we ask is to keep the hotel / motel clean as per the health standards and free of any pest. Encourage the owners to keep the property in good condition so that the customer will return back in future.
